Mair Reardon is the Lead Occuational Therapist for Education and Training at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. She has worked predominately in adult mental health services. Her interest in resilience stems from seeing the impact an individual’s resilience has on their recovery and a desire to develop resilience practice within adult mental health services. She is currently working with mental health service users and the ‘BoingBoing’ research and practice network developing a building a resilience programme within Sussex Recovery College.
