Ivana Maurović is Research Assistant at Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Zagreb, Croatia. She is in the process of finishing PhD thesis „Resilience of adolescent's in Children's homes in Croatia“. Her main scientific interest is researching resilience process of youth with behavior problems and creating interventions that will be matched to their needs. She has three years of experience in working as a caregiver in Children's home and she is finishing education in Integrative psychotherapy. So far, she has published six scientific papers, three book chapters and is co –author of one book.
