Lise Milne

Lise Milne is a fourth-year Ph.D. student at McGill University. She has worked for six years at the McGill Centre for Research on Children and Families on several child welfare research projects and has been a course lecturer for undergraduate and graduate social work courses. Lise completed her Masters Degree at McGill University and Criminology and Social Work degrees at the University of Manitoba. Lise has 13 years of experience in child welfare in two provinces as a child protection worker, supervisor and trainer. Her doctoral research will examine traumatic experiences, symptoms, and resilience among youth in out-of-home care.
