Dr. Meyer has a PhD in social work from the University of Houston. Dr. Meyer is also a Licensed Master Social Worker. He has 34 years of professional social work experience. Dr. Meyer's most recent areas of expertise include international social work, while a resident of the Republic of Moldova from 2008 to 2010, and work with U.S./Mexico border populations, in particular women and children living in unincorporated, poverty stricken areas of the border called colonias. Currently, Dr. Meyer is an independent contractor designing and implementing models for outcome evaluation.
