Helena Hernansaiz-Garrido is a Ph.D candidate at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain, who develops her work in the area of resilience in health issues, particularly with People Living with HIV. She is also interested and engaged in research related to associated stigma and lack of social support, both in HIV+ condition and in sexual diversity. She is currently collaborating in Sandoval Health Center in Madrid, specializing in sexually transmitted infections.
